French Poultry Cup 2023

On November 23, the 3rd edition of the French Poultry Cup organized by Poule et Toque took place in Paris on the theme “Poultry in celebration”.
The competition consisted of two events: one for catering professionals and the other for hotel/catering students.
We would like to congratulate our winners of the 3rd edition of the French Poultry Cup.🏆

Congratulations to these six talents for their remarkable performance during these 2.5 hours of the test and for their commitment over the last few weeks to present exceptional dishes to the jury, chaired by the talented chef Éric Guerin.
