2024 French Poultry Cup !

On November 28, the 4th edition of the French Poultry Cup organized by Poule et Toque took place in Paris on the theme “Nomade Chicken Inspiration Street Food”. The competition consisted of two events: one for catering professionals and the other for hotel/catering students. We would like to congratulate our winners of the 4th edition of the French Poultry Cup. 🏆

This year again, the 6 finalists were able to demonstrate creativity on the theme of Street Food Inspiration Nomad Chicken and delighted our jury chaired by chef Eric Guérin and guest chef Beatriz Gonzalez!
